(Most of) The women of the Black Legacy...

Kaelin, Heather, Carol, Jan, Willow and Arielle. All we needed were Ruthie and Katie!!

Kaelin's scooter

Kaelin got a scooter for Christmas and we wanted it to be unique so we asked our buddy Clark to paint it for her. He used several colors of auto body paint and Kaelin is thrilled with the results. It's kind of a barbie pink at the top, blends into a mauvey purple and then to a pink again on the base. He then sprayed sparkly gold all over it so it looks extra cool. Behind the pink on the base it is just sparkly gold. We are pretty sure that Kaelin will be able to identify her scooter out of all the hojillion silver scooters in the neighborhood. Thanks Clarkie!!

BTW, does anyone know how to upload a powerpoint presentation? Evan made one yesterday and it's pretty cool. Not sure how to get it on here though, it doesn't work as a video clip.

Comments

I have had several people tell me they were unable to get their comments to post. I have changed some settings and think they will work now.
The cat has nothing to do with it, I just liked the picture.

Cute overload

I sent Tom a photo of a watch I had found on the internet. As (most of) you know, I am in love with candy and I also have a fondness for watches. Tom ordered this super cute watch for me. First there was a cute little box...

With a cute little treasure chest...

Which opened up to reveal this cute, cute watch!

See how cute it is! Who could NOT love this watch?!

Now, note the size of this sucker. It's big enough to serve dinner on! Neither of us knew it would be that big and I feel pretty stupid wearing it. Not only that, but I think I may have strained my shoulder due to the weight. Anyway, back it goes. But it's CUTE, right?!

Wild kingdom

Do you think the rat is nervous?

I think I will leave it there for a while...

I was standing at our island this morning after the kids left for school and noticed handprints on the sliding glass door. Then I noticed the accompanying face print. Cute. Don't know who did it though! It doesn't seem all that long ago that the handprints were much lower on the glass.
